一、个人简介

申欣,男,19818月出生,博士毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所,教授江苏省杰出青年基金获得者。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项子课题和江苏省杰出青年基金等科研项目课题十几项,入选香江学者计划(海洋科学学科全国首位入选者)、江苏省“333高层次人才工程、江苏省青蓝工程中青年学术带头人、江苏省六大人才高峰等人才计划。担任中国海洋湖沼学会理事、中国海洋学会理事、中国海洋湖沼学会生态学分会常务理事、中国海洋湖沼学会/中国动物学会甲壳动物学分会理事、中国水产学会动物学免疫学专委会委员和江苏省海洋学会副理事长。受邀担任《BMC Genomics》、《Zoologica Scripta》、《BMC Evolutionary Biology》、《Proceedings of the Royal Society B》、《Deep Sea Research Part I》、《Gene》、《PLOS ONE》、《Regional Studies in Marine Science》、《Marine Genomics》、《Process Biochemistry》、《Journal of Oceanology and Limnology》和《Acta Oceanologica Sinica》等十余种SCI期刊审稿专家,担任《海洋通报》《水产科学》核心期刊编委。现任新葡的京集团3512vip党委常委、副董事长

研究方向:海洋种质资源开发利用、海洋生态与分子系统学研究

二、教学情况

承担《生物信息学》(研究生)、《文献检索与科技论文写作》(研究生)和《生物信息学》(本科生)等多门专业课程的教学工作。主持江苏省高校公司产品创新工程建设专项重点项目等教研课题3项。课题组中多名研究生荣获国家奖学金一等奖学金,指导的多名员工毕业后,赴中国海洋大学、中国科学院、上海海洋大学、汕头大学等高校院所深造。
